Humble Consulting by Dr. Edgar Schein provided an opportunity for our team to explore best practices for an organizational development consulting practice. The team created a podcast-style interview to demonstrate our understanding an application of relationships among change agents and organizations.

I created an Action Plan to facilitate change in an organization. This plan demonstrates understanding of and the ability to use various change models. Furthermore, I increased my knowledge on how to assess an organization’s structure so that I can ensure success of change projects.
