Workshop: Building a single team with 100 individuals

I work in a Services Department at a Seattle-based SaaS company. Most of my colleagues work autonomously and independently, and we are only occasionally asked to work with other employees towards a common goal. The department is not well-versed in collaboration and working in teams. By encouraging more teamwork, the department will be able to scale more rapidly through collaborative, on-the-job learning and increase individuals’ sense of belonging. This workshop is designed to increase trust within the department and assist in forming a team-based culture over time.
